The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts (PQA) in Essex will be
doing its bit for Children in Need 2008, by getting staff, pupils and
their parents involved in a day of fundraising for the cause.
With the spooky season fast approaching, busy mums come under pressure
again from their ‘little devils’ who want to impress their friends with
an especially ghoulish Halloween party. The invitations have gone out,
so where do you begin?
Young people are making positive contributions to their communities
across the UK and coming up with innovative new ways to improve
society. These were the findings of ’CHANGEit’ last year - an awards
campaign to recognise and support the achievements of young people,
supported by Deutsche Bank and run by Common Purpose.
