Obesity rates in Britain are
soaring and childhood obesity, in particular, is becoming a major concern.
Making sure children eat a balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and
vegetables is not always easy, and an important aspect of tackling this problem
is to educate children at a young age about the benefits of eating well. One of
the easiest and most enjoyable ways of getting children to eat fresh, healthy
food is to get them to make it themselves.
